About Us...

Prior to becoming a FirstTeam office, our company was known as SnS Real Estate Company of Diamond Bar that was owned and managed by Jim Carrescia.  This small office of 18 agents serviced the neighborhood since 1983 and for the next 15 years grew at a manageable pace.
 
Jim’s affiliations with companies such as Freddy Mac, Cendent and Relo introduced him to many people in the line of work. During the annual conventions on the East Coast, Jim developed a relationship with one particular associate named Cameron Mirage who owned a brokerage in Orange County called FirstTeam Real Estate Inc. and over the years Jim and Cam discuss the growth of the real estate community and their common ideas of developing the growth of agents and the importance of the environments with which they do business.  They begin to collaborate on becoming a team.
 
In 1998, Jim Carressia and Cam Mirage re-opened SnS in Diamond Bar to become FirstTeam SnS Real Estate Inc.  This would be FristTeam's first Los Angeles based agency
 
Joining FirstTeam was quite an event. Jim said that the market place was changing and we need to align ourselves with a company that was bigger then life!   Jim wanted something significant for his agents that had spent many years with him.  He wanted Tool's!  FirstTeam dominated Orange county with their business plan of unique propositions called UVP's, therefore,  Jim believed that Cam's business model would help his agents become more effective for their clients.

FirstTeam SnS Real Estate Inc grew under Jim’s leadership and Cameron’s programs that brought buyers to the market place, known today as Buyer Delivery system.  This system includes the unique 800# call tracking system, unique Homebuyers Magazine, unique Sneak Preview System, Unique award wining website and Unique 4 million dollar annual budget in local advertising.  The company specialized in training agents on how to use these tools to help their clients exposed their homes to the market place to create a demand for their homes and ultimately get the most value for their home.

FirstTeam SnS of Diamond Bar grew and branched out into the San Bernardino County by establishing the first office in the FirstTeam system in the county by locating  in Chino Hills that handles the Pomona Valley, Chino, Ontario, to Rancho Cucamunga, which includes Ontario, Upland and many other neighboring community.

With over 200 agents and 22 different languages, FristTeam SnS also works tandem with 32 other offices and 1500 other agents in the FristTeam network that reach the San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange and Los Angeles Counties.
